i wore a sauna suit for a month and excerised and everything i lose 60 pounds i saw my doctor im healthy and stuff but i forgot to ask him, i look different my body shape since i lost the weight if i drink water i know ill get the water weight back but will my body shape change too like will i look bigger and bigger and bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if u eat junk food u will get bigger and chubby!.
yea you will get the water weight back but u need water to survive just drink water because it is important for your life and ours!. Also just excercise or just rest!. your body will change if u eat healthy foods and stay healthy but if u don't stay healthy u will get hugherWww@Answer-Health@Com

Actually if you drink enough water you won't retain as much!. You should drink 1/2 of your weight in ounces!. Then you won't retain any!. Your body will let go of the excess cause the parts that need it will have plenty,Www@Answer-Health@Com
