Weight Watchers vs Slimming World?!

Weight Watchers vs Slimming World?

Or anythings else that works??? I've tried most diets at some point, but age is creeping up on me and If I don't do something soon and that works I will never loose the excess weight that I have. I don't want to feel hungry whilst on a diet, I also need something simple as I love cooking. Anyone had success and kept it off???
