Question: I am a 13 year old girl, and I am still tired!!?
I am 13, and I always get 10-11 hours asleep!. But everytime, I wake up so tired, I run 2 miles everyday with my mom, and then I work out on the Wii FIt!. I am very healthy, and I eat right, but why am I still tired!. (I weigh 90 pounds)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ahh, I know how you feel!. If you have a spring mattress that might be it!. Also, if you eat right before you go to sleep, that is also a problem!. I weigh as much as you, and i couldn't get a lot of sleep, until i made those small adjustments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're oversleeping!. Sleeping that long is unhealthy for your brain!. The reason you sleep is so your brain can sort through the events of the day and work on your memories!.!.!. when you sleep too long, your brain doesn't function just right!. It goes back to normal, but it's unhealthy to sleep so long, and that's why you wake up tired!.

Try sleeping a shorter amount of time, or take a small 30 minute nap!. Not more than 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Studies show that you it is not ideal for a person to get more than 8 hours of sleep and no less than 6!.5hrs!. I know from experience that if I get more sleep (around 10-12 hours), I tend to be alot more tired during the day!. Try limiting yourself to no more than 8 hours and see how you feel in the morning!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What hours are you keeping!?

This might have something to do with it!?
What you are eating and when you are eating it!?

check with your doctor,,,should you being doing the exercises that a grown woman is doing!?

There are two things that come to mine; one are you drinking enough water!? if you are dehydrated that can cause tiredness, especially if your working out!.

Secondly is there a history of diabetes in the family!?

I often feel tired when I oversleep!. Try sleeping 8-9 hours and wake up and straight into the shower then exercise!. It's really refreshing and will wake you up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably still a little groggy from your sleep!. Maybe your sleep isnt also solid sleep just sorta dozing!. Hope this helps and you get less tired!Www@Answer-Health@Com
