Question: Atten:Fitness Experts! This One Is A Doozy!.!.!.!?
To understand my problem you must first understand what has brought me here today!. My life has been chaos! With working my own job outside of the home, shuffling kids to after school activities and sports, assisting with their homework and trying to keep my house from falling apart I have let myself go!. This mom of 2 preteen daughters is finally slowing down and making a healthy change! My old ways of drinking 2 to 4 cans of soda and having 3 to 4 days a week of eating takeout are over! Right now I have the summer off!. I am using this time to learn to eat healthier and exercise!. I now drink water! I have changed my grocery list to cater to this healthier life!. I now buy whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice and mulit-grain cereal!. I have NEVER had a exercise routine!. Although I have researched this issue immensely and educated myself, I have still have questions!. Should you continue to exercise when aching from a prior workout!? Is jumping on our family trampoline good exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat these foods for faster weight loss

turkey slices(they have them in the deli section with only 45 calories per serving)
Kashi cereals
South beach diet bars in the peanut butter chocolate or vanilla crunch(taste great!)
carrots
salsa(dip your veggies in them because it fights cravings and speeds up metabolism) anything spicy helps to speed metabolism
celery(burn more calories eating)
blueberrie(great form of antioxidants)
green tea(speeds up metabolism)

fat free cheddar cheese
egg whites
low fat yogurt such as light and fit 60 cals per container
low calorie soups (fill you up fast)
bran buds(lots of fiber to keep you full plus aids in digestion and faster weight loss)

As far as execise goes find something that you love doing and stick with it!. For instance here aresome form of cardio you could do: Elliptical, swimming, running (best form), speed walk, stair climb, or bike riding!. Do 1 and a half hours a day 5 times a week and youll see results fast!. Go to a gym and do some strength training a few times a week or if you cant just make sure you get a good stretch!.

Other tips

dont eat past 7:00 at night or the food will just lay in your stomach

keep a food diary to make sure your not going over your calorie limit!. Try and stay between the 1300-1500 calorie line but in your case since you want to loose weight quickly stick to 1200

Also once in a while it is ok to indulge a bit, but dont go overboard!. Studies show it can boost your metabolism!.

Ah, some sensible goals!. A welcome relief from the anorexic teens looking to drop 20 pounds in 1 week!.

As far as exercising while you muscles are still sore, I would wait!. In a couple weeks you will become used to your exercise routine, and it will not ache as much!. At this point you can start doing aerobic exercises daily, or anaerobic exercises 2-3 times a week!.

However, there are some even better alternatives!. Walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming would burn more calories!.

now to your specific questions: should you exercise when aching from a prior workout!? yes but with some changes!. either do it at a lower intensity or do a completely different routine to let your aching muscles recover!.
