i dont eat very much in day!. i don't eat the recommene amount of calories daily, but its not that i'm starving myself!. i'm just not hungrey!. today i ate breakfast, a peach, and a small dinner!. i know im not getting the right amount of calories but when i do i have to force myself to eat that much and then my belly is like really big!. lol!. so will it ,slow down mymetabolism if i dont eat when im not hungry!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it will!. Your body will go into surival mode and our body will store the food you eat rather then burn it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
