Doesnt your bone structure determine how much you should weigh and not your heig!
Question:
Doesnt your bone structure determine how much you should weigh and not your height?
I'm about 5'6 and i weigh around 145. even though i've lost 60 lbs, i still have a lot of fat hanging off of my belly, butt, thighs, and arms, and i do weight training everyday i go to the gym.
when i was a kid i was really skinny and my mom told me that i have small bones, i'm not big boned at all. i want to lose more weight, but my mom keeps giving me funny looks whenever i speak about it.
do you think i should lose more weight? i'm not happy with what i look like yet.

your daily caloric intake is between 2100 and 2400. to lose 1lb of fat per week take off 500 calories per day. this will help dramatically with your body fat %.
bone structure can play a part in weight, but it's more down to genetics (which does affect bone structure and everything else that makes you. physically anyway). it's also possible that you're overtraining. never workout more than 2 consecutive days.
if you're not happy with the way look then change it. it's all up to you.
