I was reading the ingredients and i dont know what half the things are, can one of them be steroids!?

i have been since february
put sum natural peanut butter in it to make it taste better and get more protein and calories
and no theres no steroids in them
those things are amino acids which all protein powders have
its what replenishes your muscles after a hard workout
look up amino acids on google or something
and to that one guy below me thats a load of bull
this stuff works a hell of lot better than 100% whey ive put on 22 pounds of muscle and lost 3 pounds of fat using this stuff in 8 weeks
and u can tell
on 100% whey i gained lik 2 pounds in 8 weeks and that was fat
take six star its some good ****

it "says" it on bottom in lil letters!.!.!.i have a bottle sitting right next to me!. it has loads of crap in it like creatine and glutamine
if it was 100% whey it wouldnt have it in there

No, they don't put steroids in any protein powder!.
That product is not a 100% protein powder!. Thats an all-in-one "weight gainer" powder, which has whey and a ton of other useless stuff in it!. "Gainers" tend to make you put on fat, rather than muscle!.
Stick to a 100% whey, like Optimum Nutrition [ON], or a protein blend like BSN's Syntha-6 ( what I use )!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
