To increase muscle mass, myself and just about everyone else would recommend 100% whey protein isolate!. When mixed as a shake it is absorbed into your body very quickly and is fed to the muscles where repair is critical within 30mins of working out!. Other forms of protein are good to eat throughout the day (meat, eggs, nuts, etc), but for post workout you need protein FAST!.
