How do I know if I am losing fat or water weight?!


Question: How do I know if I am losing fat or water weight!?
I've been doing a low calorie diet for the last two weeks!. I've been eating a lot of fish and chicken but I haven't been exercising like I would like to!. (Busy)
I've lost about 5 pounds!. How do I know if this is water or fat weight!?

Most of the weight that people lose during the first day or so of dieting is water weight as your body adjusts to the new level of calories!. That's why many people gain the weight right back as soon as they go off the diet!.

The good news is that if you stick with it, those 5 pounds will stay off and become permanent weight loss!.
