Not at all!. It might be enough to maintain but your not going to get any more fit by doing that!. If running is to much on your knees i suggest you get a bike and peddle your *** off!. Remember it is all about high intensity cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

on average you should be getting at least 20 minutes or so a day!. to loose weight that its an increase in whatever you are already doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
