A couple of tips:

*Sport 3 times a week, with running, cycling, swimming or something!.
*Have a good breakfast, but don't eat too much in the evening;
*Don't eat candy, chips,!.!.!.
*Drink 2 liter water a day!.
*Don't go count calories (way to difficult and frustrating)!.
