Answers:
I have some great Ab work outs that I can share with you!.
The problem people run into with working Abs, is that they tend to do the same exercises over and over again, which only allows your body to become immune to the workouts, thus leaving your workouts in-effective!.
The top Abs, should be your easiest to work!. It's the lower ones that tend to be more difficult!.
Lets start with the top, then we can work down to the bottom, and even touch on the sides!.
First, I do a series of Abs in a row!. This will be a total of 5-6 different ab exercises, 15-25reps each, and each exercise flows right into the next, without a break!.
You will see just how strong your abs really are!.!.!.wink wink!.
First start by lying down on your back!. With your legs stretched out in front of you, and your hands behind your head, tilt your chin to the sky and crunch up!. You only need to crunch up until you feel it work!. Try to refrain from bending your neck and curling forward!. Like I said, do about 15-25!.
Then, still lying on your back, bend your knees, but keep your feet still planted on the ground!. You are going to do a standard crunch or sit up!. Now try this same one with your feet in the air, knees still bent!.
While you are still in this position, change the sit up by bringing your elbows up and touching them to your knees as you crunch up!. Obviously your hands are still behind your head!. =0)
Now here's the finale!.!.!.(we save the best for last) Stretch your leg back out in front of you, and lie completely flat on your back!. Stretch your arms out above your head!. You are going to lift your legs up and your arms at the same time, forming a "V!." Lower back down, but don't allow your legs or your arms to touch the ground!. See how many you can do!. This one is tough, so don't worry if you can only do a few!. Work up to more, once your abs get stronger!. =0) Repeat this rotation again, at least once or twice more, with a small break between sets!.
If you want to work your sides, grab a heavy weight and hold it at your side!. If you are starting with the weight in your right hand, lean slightly to the right so that the weight lowers!. Lift back up in the starting position!. You will feel a pull down your left side, which means you are doing this right!. Repeat with the weight in your other hand!.
Just a little note:
Anything you do with your legs up is going to work your lower abs!. This means that you can actually do the "hanging" reverse crunch, by hanging onto a bar, so that your body hangs and bringing your knees up!. Lower your legs down and repeat it!.
Also, anything done with your feet stretched out in front of you is going to focus on the top Abs!.
Good Luck! You will have great looking abs in no time!. Just remember to switch up your workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't really isolate different sections of your abs!. If you just do several ab exercises you should get good overall development!. Crunches, leg raises, etc!.

The person below me is full of crap!. The reason the upper abs seem that they are "easier to work" is because there is less fat in that area so they show up better than the lower abs!. Most of your fat will be in your lower ab area which is why so many people say "how do I bring out my lower abs!?" The reality is the abdominal muscle Rectus-Abdominis is one muscle so you can't work part of it, you work the whole thing!. If you don't believe me here is a link:
