looks like your still loading the plate, so first thing is if you use two platters to hold the food your going to eat, LOSE THEM!
get a single plate the size of a salad plate and don't load it up a foot tall!.
figure a inch high is about right!. to your work outs add ten miles a day of walking with soda or sugar that is the biggest of help!.
Also add in 1 hour of yoga stretches to activity list, very casual nothing intense!.
you should be Abel to lose 10 to 15 pounds in three weeks!.
what happens then is your body thinks 310 is normal and for about 8-10days some times longer you won't lose an ounce!.
Don't worry just keep doing the workout ,yoga and diet and walks this next month and a half you may lose another 20 -25 pounds!.
then your weight lose will level off again keep with the program because of all the weight your body has gotten used-to you should be able to lose 10 pounds a month steady over the remaining six months maybe more that is roughly 85 pounds total loss of weight in 8 months and 2 weeks!.
The good thing is it will be 85 pounds you will be able to keep off it won't come back unless you start serving your self on two platters again!.

Limit the amount of cheese you eat and change from white bread to whole grain bread!. Limit the potatoes you eat (only eat them once a week)!. Limit protein to lean chicken and fish which has been baked not fried!. Make sure your dinner plate is mostly steamed veggies (1/2 of the plate); brown and wild rice (1/4 of the plate) and then lean chicken or fish (1/4 of the plate)!. Have fresh fruit for dessert!. get into running, it helps your heart!. and as far as what you eat goes, cut out any fast food, grease, and it sounds like you are doing pretty well with the sugars!. also, eat less carbs but as much protien as possible!. also try to limit snacking between meals and dont eat when you are bored!.
