How many calories should a 14 year old boy that weighs 100 pounds be eating if he wants to build muscle?
If a 14 year old boy is working out for about 1 hour everyday and he wants to gain some weight in muscle not fat does anyone know how many calories he should eat?

I'd say around 1,800-2,000. Don't eat a lot of junkfood, and get enough protein in your diet. :)
