Looking for a Veggie Diet that will help me get ripped in a month?!

Question: Looking for a Veggie Diet that will help me get ripped in a month!?
I am 6'1 190 lbs, I would say that I'm a bit chubby (as in i have a belly, but thats the only fat) I have been a vegitarean for the past 3 years!. I work out (w/ weights) every other day, and I'm starting to run every other day (cardio)!. What are the foods that I can't touch, if i want to get fit within a month!? And are there any diets that will work for me!? I'm giving myself a one month time frame, to see if Im able to push my self to my limit or not!
Thanks for the HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure, ill try and help

Include these foods in your diet:
whole wheat or whole grain breads and pastas (NO WHITE!)
apples
green beans
lentils
broccoli
baby spinach
zucchini
salad with low cal dressing such as balsamic vinegartte!.no creamy ones like ranch
celery
dip your veggies in spicy salsa because it fights cravings and most healthy spicy foods speed up metabolism
green tea also speeds up metabolism
Drink at least 80 ounces of water a day(need to do this for weight loss and believe me makes it much quicker)
oat bran or bran buds cereal (fiber aids in digestion, makes you feel fuller, and aids in weights loss
DONT EAT any chips, soda, candy, doughnuts or any other forms of processed sugar junk food!. This is the type of food that is horrible and makes you gain weight the fastest!.
Limit pizza to only 1 or 2 slices if you really feel the need for it
chinese food is horrible because they use all sorts of chemicals in there sauces and it is full of hidden calories!. Instead order the steamed chicken and veggies with brown rice!.
Egg whites (try and limit yolk that is where all the fat is)
Soy milk or skim milk
low calorie yogurts
fat free cheeses
garbonzo beans(also known as chick peas and are a great source of protein)
Walnuts(a handful before a meal helps you not eat as much)
South beach diet bars taste great and so do snickers marathon bars!.
boca burgers(the vegan kinds only have like 70 calories for a large patty and are loaded with fiber and protein, but the veggies ones are good too)
Hope I helped : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
