Question: Help me with my diet!?
I have decided to start a healthy diet & exercise rountine!. I need to take control of my weight now, before I get too big!. Anyways, I need help planning out a good diet everyday so I don't end up eating too much!. I don't like things like the jenny-craig diets because I just don't have the money for it at the moment!. So will you help me make a sensible diet plan, one where I'm not hungry all the time and its heathy!.

Or you could just reccomend some foods to stay away from and some foods I should eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Follow my diet:

Breakfast: a cup of oatmeal and 8oz of orange juice not from concentrate(around 8:00am)

Snack: an apple this snack its around 10:30am

Lunch: one breast strip (the little one) with a side Cesar salad!. Green tea(beverage)(around 12:30pm)

Snack: one energy bar but less than 100 calorie (around 3:00pm)

Dinner: a salad with mushroom, tomatoes, and different kinds of lettuce, one breast chicken strip seasoned with salt vinegar and extra virgin oil!.(around 6:00pm)

Snack: a cup of skim milk (around 10:30 pm)

This diet its approximately 1400 calories so you don't get starve and can actually lose weight!.You should do this diet along with exercise!. Start first walking and then increase it to running!. Please don't do the soup cabbage diet for more than 10 days cuz it will be dangerous to your health!.

Also, don't eat, candies, chocolates, chips and all this kind stuff!. and forget the sodas and all this crap OK

Things you should eat:

Natural foods that contain whole grains, eggs, fish, lean meats, nuts, green veggies, fruit, water, lowfat milk

Things you should avoid:

Processed and refined flour/startches like those in white bread and even wheat flour bread, sugar, fried food, soda, ice cream, cookies, basically anything that tastes good you probably shouldnt have lol!.

Now you dont have to be very strict and cut every bad thing out, but limit food you know is not good for you!. Make substitutes when possible!. Eating whole grain bread instead of white bread will make a big difference!. Whole grain pasta too!. Eat peanut butter as a snack instead of cookies!.

These are simple things you can buy anywhere!. You dont need expensive meals made for you!. Go to you supermarket and shop smart!Www@Answer-Health@Com

stay away from junk foor, but when u do it good foods dont eat too much cuz then it doesnt even help, have a good portion of everything u eat, try not to have too many carbs, sugar, or fat, those are all really bad if u have too much, and try to exercise every day too, cuz that'll burn off the carbs uve eaten too, hope that helps, good luck, and remember!.!.!.NO JUNK FOOD! hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should be eating 5 or so smaller meals a day rather that 3 large ones!.
breakfast- wheat bread toast, bagel, fruit
snack- yougart, special k bar, fruit
lunch- grilled chicken, subway sandwich( not a lot of dressing and other things)
snack- baked chips
dinner- grilled fish, chicken, vegetables
you should try to minimize sodas and sweets-- dont completely take them out of your diet or you will eventually get miserable and want to quitWww@Answer-Health@Com
