Question: I am trying to lose weight/ eat better but!.!.!.!.!?
I work evenings and I do fine until I get home from work!. I am so hungry that I just want to eat everything sometimes!. What would be a good snack for that time before bed!?

Since you are so hungry when you get home from work, that means you are not eating enough during the day!. I suggest that you eat 3 meals and some snacks in between!. This way you wont be tempted to binge at night!.
Example:
Breakfast: egg beaters (veggies, turkey mixed in), grapes, toast with butter or peanutbutter!. (protein helps keep you full longer)
snack: yogert (mabye mix some nuts in)
Lunch: saled with tuna or chicken mixed in!. dont be afraid of dressing!. , fruite, and a sweet potatoe!. and a cookie for desert!.
dinner: (white meats are best for you) chicken, fish, turkey, ect!. if you do want red meats like hamburgers and steak, have those 2 times a week!. for your sides, have some veggies and rice!.

Why dont You abandon some of those multiple works!?THEY make You this unfortunate,trust me!.Do yoga,fast on something tasty but not high in calories,and You wont need that much food even afterwards!.Before sleeping best is nothing like meat or cakes,but otherwise,like for instance,cooked vegetables etcWww@Answer-Health@Com
You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what worked for me was snacking during work!. I used to go all day and not eat until I got home form work!. Of course then I would eat A LOT! so I tried bringing healthy snacks to work and it kept me from eating so much at night!. I try to eat lighter at night, maybe fruit or a yogurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when u eat, dont lay down!. exercise each night and get that stomach tight!. I go to the gym at least four times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
