I can barely do 50. I need to do 75 in about 5 weeks.

Continue adding every single day 1 sit-up more and stay on 70 (when reached), don't train during the weekends, your body need that rest.
2 days before you need to perform the 75, don't train in those 2 days.... just eat long sugars (if you know what I mean) and pasta.
And you will see on the day you need it, it's going to be peanuts... you will have the strenght, endurance and the excitement to perform
