Question: I have a hard question!?
ok so i just moved about a year ago and for some reason i gained like 50 pounds!! and i dont eat alot only once at like 4!. im not getting any bigger i wear the same pants i had four years ago!. what could be wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You definitely need to eat more, your body is constantly trying to maintain a state homeostasis(basically defer from change) right now since you are not eating enough your body is storing fat which has definitely slowed your metabolism, therefore decreasing your ability to burn fat!. you should eat more small meals a day!. meals high in protein are great such as chicken, green beans, egg whites etc!. but don't have a set routine of what your going to eat or how many calories you will burn everyday, you have to switch it up so that you can trick your body in a sense that your metabolism won't slow down; for example decrease your calories for one week and increase them the next!. You need to eat more than once a day!. Your body is probably storing fat because you aren't giving it enough nutrients throughout the day - eating once in a day no matter how much does not give the body what it needs!. It needs constant nutrition throughout the day!. Try eating three balanced meals per day - smaller portions of healthy food with lots of fibre and protein will keep you full, healthy and you will not gain weight!. Try to incorporate all 4 food groups in recommended sizes in each meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably very stressed because you moved!. Moving is a stressful job with all the different paperwork and money you have to handle!. Try to calm yourself down!. Also, eat more!. Not just at 4!. Thats unhealthy! However, make sure you eat healthy!. Thats the good stuff for you!. Also, make sure you excersise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably the different enviroment!. or your stress or it just muscle!. Just try to eat more but heathier!. if you just eat once a day that is not heathy, drink lots of water and excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe its the food you eat, and I'm sure you don't eat only once a day everyday, I'm sure you get hungry!.

maybe it's because of the wheather of uR new home!.!.!.maybe it's cold there that's why you dont sweat enough!.!.!.it's also happening to me!.!.!.i just moved a year ago and now i gained 5 kilos!Www@Answer-Health@Com

there are multiple reasons why, i can only give you two

one, youve gotten taller
two, you eat too fast

did you know that eating too fast can make you heavier but not fatter!.

We might assume it is muscle mass, especially if you are around 21 years of age, give or take!. Muscle is heavy, fat really isn't!. smile!Www@Answer-Health@Com
