Bally's vs. Gold's?!
Question: Bally's vs!. Gold's!?
I'm looking to join a gym for the first time!. I'm a young woman, so if you have any advice along with your choice, please send it my way :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been a member at both in the past 15 years!. I liked Gold's better, Bally's looked like something out of an eighties movie!. Gold's was more like a REAL gym and the personal trainer was better than the one at Bally's!. It is all up to you though!. I had a trainer at Bally's too, and it was oook, but I had results from the Gold's trainer!. Also, when I lived overseas in South Korea I could go to the Gold's Gym there! I vist Puerto Rico yearly and there is one there too and I go there!. I don't think Bally's has anything international!. Check both out, but be careful as any bally's I ever saw had the distinct eighties decor with gross old men oggling you!. At Golds I could workout, and I was not bothered!. Also, the classes were really nice!. The people there were more into getting thier workout!.!.!.!.oh and Gold's has a women's only section to workout in too!. I started out there, but felt really comfortable with the place so I worked out in the regular gym!. Personally, Golds is the place to be!Www@Answer-Health@Com
check out both gyms see which one you feel more comfortable in also look for cleanliness when your looking around look at all the machines to make sure there aren't many breakdowns!.make sure there is enough machines to go around when there at there peak business hours GOOD LUCK Curious to know which way you goWww@Answer-Health@Com
