I want to lose five pounds?!


Question: I want to lose five pounds!?
I'm 11 years old and I'm 65 pounds!. I know I shouldn't be worrying about my weight, but it is not for beauty it is for health and fitness!. Since I am going to middle school soon, I need to exercise more so I can do better in P!.E!. I have 3 months!.

being 65 is not bad!!! hehe okay well I'm a dancer and so I know the whole weight game!.

first, to get into shape you'll need endurance!. Since its summer, (YAY!) swimming is a GREAT way to get excersize!. whether its the beach or the pool, have fun! and it wont hurt to swim a couple laps! Running is also a great way to build endurance!. try 2 miles every other day!. Dont do it every day because you can hurt yourself!

also, EAT HEALTHY!!!! Meats and protein are a must!. but don't forget fruits and veggies!!!! Also, drink up your water!!! seriously!. try to limit sodas!. they are a no no!. hehe WATER is the way to goooooo!

and DONT Skip meals! they actually make you GAIN weight!!! i know! ugh!.

and eat breakfast! it will kick start the motabolism and that'll burn off the calories faster!

Just exercise
Running is great
Try to run everyday for 1 hour and do sit-ups, push ups, and crunches every morning and night!
Do not skip meals, it makes you gain weight and makes you weaker
Don't push yourself to hard though!

If you want to do better in PE, gain weight!. That way your body will be able to work better!. Right now, you're really underweight and your body is likely to tire easily!. Don't lose weight, gain it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
