The sugar free stuff is terrible for you!.!.!.!.Besides the fact that it's packed with caffeine that's really hard on your system!. By the sounds of "simply have to have" a can sounds like you're addicted to the caffeine, and probably the fake sugar(it's proven to be addictive)!. So try challenging yourself by not having it in the morning, to "prove" that you're not addicted to it, and to prove to yourself you don't actually need it to jumpstart your day!.
If you have a hard time getting going in the morning, try to get to sleep at least a couple hours before midnight, and get at least 8hrs of sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
