Should I buy Slim Fast for the taste?

I love the taste of Slim Fast! I've been trying to buy it not just to loose weight but because i love the taste! Is that bad? My mom doesn't want me to buy it because i don't need to loose weight! Should i go ahead and buy it for the taste of it not for to loose weight?

Be careful. Slim Fast is supposed to be a meal replacement shake. There are actually a lot of calories...enough for a small healthy meal. If you are drinking a Slim Fast shake AND having a meal, think of it as eating twice as much.

So, it's fine if you're having it in place of a big snack or instead of a small meal, but you shouldn't have it with a big meal or you'll start to actually put on weight.
