Question: Any super diets that are easy to stick to and work!?
Just came back from my holidays and have put on a few extra pounds, does anyone know of a really good diet that is easy to stick to and effective!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I am trying this one!.

Drink 8 glasses of water by ensuring that at least half are drank in the morning so you won't dread it later in the day!.
Diet sodas are ok but they contain massive sodium!.

Drink light juices instead of regular ones!. If not available, use half juice and half water!.

Do my exercises early before I do anything else to not dread it either (I do mine in my PJs to some music for 30 minutes just after I awake to ensure I do them)!.

Reduce my diet from starches (corn; mac; bread, etc)

Don't deprive myself because I will pay later using moderate portions only!.

Don't buy snacks in large quantities; buy small portions!.

Eat before you visit the grocery store!.

You will crave what you eat so eat healthy!.

Change your tastebuds to what is good!. Grow up if you still balk at broccoli, greens, shreaded wheat; etc!. I would rather be healthy later than give into gluttony and not able to enjoy my life because of a measly old cookie, candy bar, etc!.
Sometimes you learn to enjoy foods by being creative in preparation!.

When eating fast foods, in which you shouldn't, get a child's meal and eat it slowly!.

Watch low fat snacks; they contain extra sodium or sugars!.
Which will affect your body faster -- the sodium and sugars!.
Fat has to accumulate so you can work it off but sodium and sugars affect you BP and glucose rapidly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Each person needs something different but the latest food news is that you should eat a big breakfast!. Not a fry-up but grilled bacon, scrambled egg, tomato, toast!. Then have your main meal at lunch time and eat a lighter meal in the evening and not too late!. Apparently this way you lose the weight but it also stays off!. When you diet your body adjusts to the lower calorie intake and your metabolism slows down to compensate so you eat less but your body just adapts to less and the weight initially falls off but then just creeps back on!. At least with the big breakfast theory you don't have to feel hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All diets work in the same way!. If they restrict calories to a point where you are burning more than you eat, you will lose weight!. If the diet does this than it will work, if not you will fail!. Whether or not a diet is healthy is separate from whether or not it will work!. If you severely restrict calories to under 1200 per day, you will lose weight but going this route is very unhealthy so be careful when reading about these diets!. Also beware of diets that limit you to one food!. Even if you are taking in a good amount of calories, you won't be able to get all the vitamins, nutrients, fat, carbohydrates or protein from just one type of food!.

well mine strategy really isnt a diet
but so far it's working
each day i eat one little snack
ranging from 90-120 cals!.
and i eat a little bit of dinner
&& drink plenty of water
in two days im down 5 pounds
just work on toneing and running(:Www@Answer-Health@Com

one with plenty of jogging!. diets are stupid find a sport or go jogging / swimming then you wont be looking misrable at every mealtime and you can eat what you pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com
