Question: How much exercise can an obese person do a week without it being dangerous!?
Answers:
It depends!.!. my BMI says I'm obese but I can run 1!.6 miles!.!.!. but BMI is incredibly off for anyone with any type of muscle or bone density!.

Just do whatever makes you feel comfortable!. Of course you will struggle but if you start feeling faint or like you may vomit just slow down or stop for the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tha all depends on your age and health issues!. If you're young (under 25) and just over weight, exercise your brains out!. Every little bit will help!. Don't forget a healthy diet though!. You can exercise constantly, but if you're not eating healthily, the sweat won't make much difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard!.
