When will i be able to bench 200 lbs?!


Question: When will i be able to bench 200 lbs!?
i go to the gym about 4-5 times a week for about 2 hours i weigh 131 lbs im 5'4" and im 18!. can u guys give me tips to get strongerWww@Answer-Health@Com

what i do is i used to start out with two 25's kept doing 3 sets of 10!. After it became easy for me like after a couple of weeks!. I added more wieghts!. So basically every month add 25 pounds or more!. After 3 months i jumped from 50 pounds to 145 pounds!. So yea it takes time!.!. I am exactly ur weight and size too!.!.so good luck!. Also one more thing, do not work out on the same muscles everyday!. You have to let them recover!. So do it every other day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Theres no reason you should be lifting for 2 hours!. Also, you need to build mass all over so AVOID DOING BENCH PRESS EVERY DAY!. Once a week MAX!. You can do dumbell press, chest flies, etc!. You will need to google some workouts for upper AND lower body!. Build muscle all over, dont single out your bench!. It RARELY works and when it does you are a terrible 'athlete'Www@Answer-Health@Com

To build muscle keep on doing as much of reps as you can while using really heavy weights that you can only do like 5-10 times of!. Rest like 3-4 minutes and keep on doing it again as much as you can!. Do this 3 times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a spotter and put 190lbs on!. have him help u do about 50 of them 10-break-10-brreak-10-break-10-break-10-!.!.!.
