If you were put into another body, a neglected one, how would you treat this new!

Question: If you were put into another body, a neglected one, how would you treat this new body!?
Assume the "I" in you was suddenly given another body to live in, but this body had been neglected (overweight, underweight, malnourished, addicted to chemicals etc) would you enjoy the challenge of bringing this body to maximum health!? Would you allow the body to remain unhealthy or try to tune it up so that you could still enjoy some of the benefits of your old body!.

What kinds of things would you do!? (Eating, drinking, drugs, sleep, meditation)!?

thanks I have been wondering if I take my own body for granted and if someone else might do a better job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I burn both ends of the candle, and should get more sleep!. I don't drink much, smoke, or use drugs, but there is so much more to being healthy!. I would not love the challenge of a new abused body - I use to wish I could be put into a healthy (skinny) body, and take the challenge of KEEPING it that way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If someone was given a new body they would most likely treat the new one as well as they treated their old body, assuming they had the same personality!.

If your new body was addicted to drugs this might influence your behavior, but asuming your brain was still wired towards not liking drugs you would most likely fight the addiction!.

Some people who have had blood, heart or other organ transplants have possibly occasionally taken on some of the behaviors (or memories) of the donor!.

My current body and mind are not as healthy as I would like!. To fix them I will need to exercise the areas that are lacking, and dilute impurities such as body toxins and impure (or unwanted) thoughts!.

One of the best ways to start is to begin by loving and believing in yourself!. For some believing in a higher power who values and believes in you, can help!. This higher power may be a parent, group of friends or an imaginary ideal being!.

Visualizing yourself as a winner doing things you want to do can train your subconscence to allow good things to happen to you rather than sabotaging your chances at sucess because sucess feels uncomfortably unfamiliar!.

Listing off aspects of your ideal life and counting your blessing as your dreams fall into place will also help train your mind to see yourself as a lucky champ instead of a cursed looser!. Winning personalities then see problems as opportunities or temprary stumbling blocks and forge on to sucess instead of staying down wallowing in misery and depression!.

One of the key triggers to depression is information overload so simplifying your life and concentrating on things that really matter to you will help make you mentally stronger and happier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
