Question: How can i reduce fat without doing any physical excersice!?
it's shame to aks such a question!. But honestly i dont get any chance to do any exccersise!.!. any suggetions to me!.!. i have a fat especially in my stomach!.!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

well a way is bi-pass surgery but usually people get lots of extra skin so they get surgery to remove it!. it's not healthy that way and just because you get surgery doesn't mean your healthy which is a serious health factor!. another way is taking diet pills but a lot of times you have to commit more to the pill than losing it naturally!. eat healthier proportions of food!. if your not able to sacrifice not exercising then you can very much likely won't keep the weight off and plus some pills you still have to exercise!. i really recommend you exercise!. i did and you can improve better breathing, more oxygen to you brain and lungs, better stamina to do things, more energy, muscle, seeing you avatar icon it looks like you are a man and ladies love a man with muscles and you excising shows that you are commit-able, willing and have a lot of pride!. so just try at least excising for 15 minutes a day, you already know you have to eat healthier and that works hand-in-hand!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No offence at all, but quit being lazy!. I work out4-5 days a week, work 2 jobs, and go to school, along with trying to keep a relationship and a personal life, I am very busy, but I make sure I workout, its a very important thing!.

If you really don't want to do physical work to help, just change your diet around!. No to little red mean, mostly white meat and fish, fish oils help, fish contain iodine wich inturn raise your matabolism, making your burn fat and build muscle quicker!. Eat 3 vegtables and 3 fruit a day, and eat 6 meals a day, 3 nack and 3 meals!.

If your serious, do the follow!.
- Change your diet
- exercies 2 to 3 times a week to lose the weight, then eat good to keep it off!. Do cardio a hour each day, and use natrual body machanics to work yourself out, like wall push ups if you can't do normal ones!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the diet ultimately determines the level of body fat, exercise only expedites the fat loss process!. weight/fat loss with out exercise can be achieved but it will be much slower than when combined with a regular exercise program!. the diet has to be neary perfect to decrease body fat while preserving lean muscle mass with out exercise!.

everyone has enough time to exercise, you just have to make the time!. the human body is not designed to be sedentary, it has nothing except negative effects on the endocrine system which governs the human body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your not willing to exercise, then you would have to control your diet!. Eat less, eat less fatty foods, and it will reduce your fat, however, you would lose more weight if you exercised!.
Not say go run 10 miles, but walk around the block!. When you go shopping, park as far away from the entrance as possible, and walk to the door!. There are a lot of little ways you can get some exercise in your daily thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

People don't realise the actual size of their own stomach - we all eat far too much!. - Hold out your palms upturned and flat like a plate!. This is the ACTUAL SIZE of yr own stomach - yeah frightening hey !?

Get a smaller plate that's all and eat what will fit on the equivalent size of yr 2 palms!. It works - my hubby lost 7 and half stone and me 2!. We never did go back to ordinary plates - they are too big now!. We don't exercise other than swim occasionally!. We eat everything we did just much smaller portions!. IT REALLY DOES WORK!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

How about cutting some calories out of your diet!? 300 per day and you should lose close to 1/2 pound per week!.

It's very possible to lose weight without exercise, but you do miss out on many extra health benefits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well if your walking every where and being busy you are
excersicing! just walk faster and take the stairs insted of the
elevator or walk up the escalator!.
Do some sit ups atleast 10 a day for your stomach mucles
and work your way up each day on sit ups!.

Weight loss comes from eating fewer calories than you consume!. A good starting calorie range for dieting is 10-12 calories/lb of body weight!.

It would go much faster if you did at least a little exercise though!.

thats really hard to do and it will take a really long time!. just eat healthy!. but u culd do situps or crunches before bed or wile ur watching tv!. u dont have to go to a gym to get exercise!. it just seems more "professional" if u do!. u can work out at home too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
