Question: Running 30 Minutes A Day - Will I Lose 5 Pounds!?
I'm 30 years old and 5'0!. I weigh between 110-115 (it varies by day)!.
I want to lower my body fat percentage (I think it's 25%)!.
I'm eating healthy and watching calorie intake and I am going to start running 30 minutes a day!.
I'm also going to be working abs and thighs with crunches and squats/lunges daily!.

Unless you are already experience in running or have a higher level of cardio fitness I would start out a little slower than just throwing yourself into a 30 minute running program!. But yes, in theory you will definitely see results with the program you describe within 3 weeks or so!. You will start off seeing a difference in how your clothes fit, then see more definition in your muscles!. At 2 months you should see a drastic difference, especially considering your starting stats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It doesn't really matter how many calories you're taking in unless you're burning more than that - to lose weight!. If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight!. If you burn less calories than you take in - you will gain weight!. If you only burn the amount of calories that you consume, you will stay about the same - except for daily fluctuations of a couple pounds - usually water weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
