Is it better to do cardio first when exercising or last?!


Question: Is it better to do cardio first when exercising or last!?
I want to start doing yoga but I know this will not give me the body I want without some kind of cardio!. I own an elliptical machine and love it!. I've just heard mixed advice about whether to do cardio first or after your workout!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually had a personal trainer that had me do it before AND after!. Before was to loosen up the muscles and get them ready to work!. After was to loosen them up after working them!. I did a half hour before and a half hour after which was a full hour of cardio!. It also helps to break it up to keep from getting bored with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio & Yoga!?
well as a bodybuilder, it's important to do a little bit of cardio before workout!. why!? to warm up the body, loosen up the joints and increase the pressure of blood flow throughout the body!. but Yoga, is a sport which RELAXES the body, it Decreases the blood pressure and calms the muscles and bones!.
Personally i thinck you should do Yoga and Cardio different days!. but you should ask your trainer or a staff at your gym!.

Well its a little tricky!.!.!. I say what ever your goals are do it that way!. If your goal is to lose weight do Cardio first!.!.!. If you are trying to gaim size or strength weight train first!. Me personally would do weights first reguardless of goal but thats just me!.
