Question: Is drinking to bottles of water in the morning a big deal!?!?!?
OK i need only people who know about health to respond!!! Im trying to shed a couple of pounds!. I usaully drink my 8 cups of water all during the day or at night! I spoke to someone and they said i should try drinking 3 of those bottled waters in the morning ,beacuse it would be more effective,and of course drink the other 5 during the day!.DO u think it is a diffrence when drinking the water when i wake up!?!?!? i only want people who no about health to respond!!! Drinking a lot isn't actualy that healthy for you, recent scientific studies have shown!.

If you want to lose weight:
a)Eat less

I know about health, I type medical reports!. You're going to wind up with hyponatremia doing that!. I tried drinking 8 glasses of water a day but I did it too fast and wound up with bloating!. I slowed it down and felt better!. Drinking too much water too fast, the kidneys can't keep up to process the water, and you wind up literally drowning yourself!. Slow it down!. Drink water till you feel full, then stop, let the kidneys process the water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

drinking water is good but you kow how you can lose weight real fast you have to first wake up early eat at eight a good breakfast and then two hours later eat a little healthy snack like a granola bar or an apple then two hour later you eat a good meal but healthy then two hours later you eat another healthy snack and then 2 hours later a healthy big meal then two hours later another healthy snack and then you last meal it has to be big but healthy like a salad and a fruit then two hours another snack trust me it works my sister lost 4 pounds in one weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok well yes it water will help you lose weight i stoped drinking pop/coke and only drank water i lost 10 pounds in the days it doesnt really matter if you drink water in the morning or night but you should atleast try to get in 3 to 4 bottles of water a day at night when you eat it all lays in your stomac and that is what makes people fat when you are done eating try to get some excersize so you dont gain weight but you lose it and only eat healthy foods for snacks trust me it will work!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
