Want to lose a little weight and gain muscle?

hi guys here is the basic story in 17 years old i am 6'2'' and i roughly weigh 190-195 i am working with my uncle as a laborer at a construction company during the summer so i am pretty much always lifting heavy objects and moving but after work for lunch and dinner and what not we usally hit the unhealthy spots like McDonalds and BK which i know isnt a good place to be if ur trying to lose weight . i am just trying to add some tone to my body and maybe drop 5 lb's so i can make an impact on my last year of highschool pls help

John, remember muscle weighs more than fat. Just eat well, low fat high protein moderate carbs.(to lose fat). check out the bookstore, lots of info. Stay away from fad diets and internet info. LOL except for us intelligent well meaning/intentioned folks on Yahoo answers!
