Would 200 push ups daily help?!


Question: Would 200 push ups daily help!?
im like 5'5 and 160ish, thing is i dont have any official exercise equipment and **** like that!. if i did 200 pushups/crunches a day(possible more on some days), along with the obvious eating less junk food, would it make a difference!? (In the long run, if so, how long!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

that would be great but try running more and doin stuff that would make u push yourself to do more so u can feel the burn!! no, feeling the burn isnt good do until u must stop :) go for walks and the njogs and then runs then run up some stairs with minimum pauses and try working ou ur stomach area and arms by just running, make sure u tighten up those muscles when u do it so u can see some difference!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
