I like your resolve, that's a great start!. You are feeling the results of moving too fast!. You did not put on your weight in a matter of days, it took years!. Teach yourself patience!.

Now, it is not reasonable to undo this in a couple of days, your body will go into strike, the pains you report are a dead give away this is already happening!. It took me two and a half years to lose all my fat, I used to be obese!.

Drink more, eat small amounts more often!.

Don't eat only yoghurt and veggies!. If you starve the body of stuff it needs (meat, veggies, pasta, bread, milk) it will start believing that it has to make reserves!. That means, it will make fat instead of getting rid of it!. Don't forget fruit!.

Keep on walking, that's great!. The more you move, the more you teach your body to burn fat!. Don't overdo it, because when you exercice too much, the body doesn't have time to regenerate (heal itself)!. That brings pain and that will make you quit!.

Slowly start eating less so your body can get used to smaller quantities without thinking it needs to make reserves!. And drink a lot!.

A great fat burner is rope jumping!. If you do 2 times 10 minutes every day for 5 days and 1 day of rest, and then go to 2 times 15 minutes every day for 5 days and then 1 day of rest, you will start feeling better!. If you can't do 10 minutes, start at 5 minutes and build up to 10 minutes!. If you sweat from the rope jumping, that's great!.

Don't stop the walking!. Push the time up from 45 to 50 minutes!. Then to 55 minutes, then to 60 minutes!. Together with the rope jumping, your body will learn to burn the fat!.

You won't see great results for many weeks!. That is because you are changing the habit that put on the fat!. Then, when you have been keeping at it for several weeks, the habit that put on the fat will have been broken by a habit that burns the fat away!.

Once you are there, it will go faster and you will start seeing results!. The fat will start going away and your body will start looking the way you want it to be!.

Patience, patience and more patience!. And hang in there, and keep at it!. Don't give it up!.

Balance your food intake!. A little bit of everything will keep your body happy!. That's what your are looking for!. And then you can even start pushing the rope jumping some more!.

The world champions of boxing jump rope to lose their fat, that is a sure sign it works!. And it will make you more fit!. And a body that is more fit burns the fat away even faster!.

But before you do all of that, talk to your mom or dad!. Tell them you have decided you want your body to be healthier and ask if you can visit your house doctor so he can give you the green light to go ahead!.

He will probably want to check up on you regularly, and that's good!. Make sure your overweight is not something that is caused by anything else other than having build not so great habits!.

I know, I used to be lazy about sport and lazy about eating right!. That made me obese!. Luckily I was healthy and I could go ahead with breaking the bad habit!. Once your good habits have settled in, the fat years will quickly be forgotten!. Good luck and be strong and don't give up!. You will make it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
