Question: Exercise to loose weight!?
ok so i am eating healthy and trying to loose weight i have to loose about 40 pounds

i want to mainly focus on cardio for now
most of the weight is in the stomach area


please give me some good cardio workouts

Everyone wants a flat stomach, right!? Statistics show that most people upon first impression view the stomach as an area of the body that reveals the overall health of a person!. Legs Straight Up Crunches
With legs straight up in the air and feet together, place hands behind your head and raise your shoulders off the floor by contracting your ab muscles as hard as possible!. Make sure you're looking straight up at the ceiling and that your chin is not digging into your chest!. Your hands should only be holding your head up and not pulling up so you should feel this strictly in your upper abs and not in your neck or shoulders!. Do one set of 20!. On the last rep keep your hands behind your head and continue with the next exercise!.

Double Crunches
With hands behind your head, bend your knees to form a 90 degree angle so your calves and feet are parallel with the floor!. Roll your hips in so your knees are coming towards your chest at the same time contract your abs and lift your head and shoulders off the floor!. Be sure your elbows stay out and that you're lifting by contracting your abs and not pulling your head forwards with your hands!. Do one set of 15!. On the last rep maintain your upper body in the crunch position and continue with the next exercise!.

Leg Raises with Abduction
Lie face up on the floor with your hands under your butt!. Raise your legs up with feet together so they're perpendicular with the floor!. Maintain your legs straight throughout the entire exercise!. Take 5 counts to lower legs until they're 3 inches from the floor!. Open your legs as wide as possible without arching your back then close and raise back up to starting!. The key is to lower as slowly as possible!. Do one set of 12!. Keep your legs up in the air on the last rep and continue with the next exercise!.

To lose weight (fat), include more fiberous slow digesting carbs, as opp to the

fast ones, no white breads, fast foods, ketchups, sugar, only skim milk, not 2%,

skim and whole grain non sweet cerial, whole wheat bread, buy some protein,

include lean meats like ham, and other sources of protein, no red

meats,multivitamin, calcium and vitamin d every 2 days, v8!. Don't starve, eat

small healthy meals, a lot of small meals opposed to a few bigger ones-- make sure is has at least 8-10 or more g, not too much protein,

the body can only digest a certain amount at a time, avoid too many fruits, carbs

and sugars, fiberous veggies, greens (no starches or potatoes) are good ,and no bbq sauce

(unless used sparringly) and not too much salad dressing, before bed (2 hrs), eat something with protein, dont
eat many carbs before bed!. Eat some of that good cereal in the morning, you need carbs, just not too much, and the slow ones!.

Do crunches until you can not do anymore, jog stairs, be safe, warm up and sprint, short bursts

of intense activity is very effective compared to long weak activity, just don't

over do it, Jog stairs ;and also do some lunges until it burns, do this every day or 2 days, keep

going and don't give up, same with eating, you need fat, so one fish oil daily,

eat fish (not fried, be careful, very careful for bones, peanut butter on whole

wheat (no jelly),which has protein, and dont worry about the fat in that,

avocodos, has fat, good fat, eat it when your hunger cravings get you!. when you

do crunches, also twist on some to work your sides, keep tension on your abs!.

I lost 20 lbs in three weeks!. Although my way is not healthy, it'll give you results!. BTW, sweating doesn't make you lose weight!. What I did was I completely stopped eating foods with more than 5 g of sugar in it per serving (ex: soft drinks like coke, sprite ect, candy, cake, sweet yogurt, milk - yes whole milk has sugar in it, ect)!. I ate only once a day which was most likely dinner!. Even during dinner, i don't eat/drink something with lots of sugar!. Sugar is the main cause people get fat!. Sugar is energy!. When you eat sugar, your body uses it for energy first!. So when you eat fatty foods, the body stores the fat for later use!. The fat never gets used because you keep eating sugar and body will keep using sugar as energy than fat so fat will be kept getting stored!. I can't emphasize this enough: DO NOT drink soda/soft drinks!. I also exercised a lot when I had time!. I'd go play basketball or just shoot basketball for an hour for 2-3 days a week!. Longer during the weekends!. I did this for 3 weeks and I went from 180 lbs to 160 lbs!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually walking at a brisk pace burns more fat if you are at the right heart rate!. I've read TONS of articles in "self" and "fitness" about success strories of just walking daily and eating better :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
