Question: Exercise to loose weight!? yes or no!?
i have a few questions

1: Should you do cardio to loose the fat before you do strength training!?
2: i have 40 pounds to loose so what are some good cardio routines
3: Success stories for motivation

well, you should loose the weight you want first so you wont get bulky, then after you should start your strength training, start by going out for a jog, then eventually you will start to do running, and watch what you eat, eat something that is healthy, dont eat late!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

just a note, if you are trying to lose weight, strength training may not be that good!. gaining strength will increase your weight, but it will be a better weight gain then fat!. so i would say stick with mostlly cardio and aerobic excercises to lose fat, and then if you feel to skinny, or underweight, do strength traiing to gain helpful weight!. (it won't be much, like 2 pounds a month!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i wouldn't do cardio!.!.!. because what i did was listen to music on my ipod and just dance like crazy!.!.!. the key is jumping!.!.!. anyways from that exercise routine i have lost 12 pounds so far!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
