How does a 14 year old lose weight???!


Question: How does a 14 year old lose weight!?!?!?
ok!. i'm 14 and i weigh 163 lbs and i really want to lose like, 20-28 lbs!. please give me some tips!. and i really want 2 lose it by the beginning of the school year so i can have a "new" me!. plz no mean comments, just help!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way is to eat 3 meals a day , stay off the junk food completely, get away from the TV and computer (do some exercise)!. When I say eat 3 meals a day I mean for breakfast have fruit (or juice), cereal( not the sugary coated kind, but Special K or an oat cereal) with !% milk!. (I actually used Land O Lakes Fat free 1/2 AND 1/2 on my cereal!.)!. For lunch have a salad and a COUPLE of crackers!. For dinner , eat a small piece of meat (not bigger than a pack of Cigarettes), a couple of sides of Vegies, (no potatoes or rice or pastas), and fruit for dessert or later in the evening!. Iced ted is good for a drink, but Diet soda isn't good!. The fake sugars eventually trick your brain and cause u to gain weight!. !. If u eat something u shouldn't don't worry about it!. Just remember and try not to do it again!. If u want to give yourself a little treat every few days!. A cookie or a piece of candy won't kill u!. Good luck and remember to stay active!. The best way is to eat healthier and exercise!. Cardio is going to help you lose weight the best and since its summer swimming is probably one of the best things you could do!. And MAKE SURE YOU EAT! Eat healthy foods like chicken breasts, vegetables, fruits, fish, nuts, whole grains!. Also eating multiple meals a day is good for you!. Eat 5 or 6 small meals as opposed to 3 large meals!. Exercise is key though, play some sports, swim, run!. You could do some light weight lifting as well!. Remember though, YOU'RE ONLY 14!. Don't freak out over this!. Just eat healthy and do some physical activity and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
