To get a six pack you have to work each of the 6 ab groups!. To work the upper abs, do crunches!. To work the lower abs, captain's chair and front leg raises!. To work the obliques and overall core, kickboxing!. Reps for each should be Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 3 sets of 25!. Tuesday and Thursday, 3sets of 15!. Kickboxing on Tuesday, Thursday and one day of the weekend for an hour!. You also have to keep your diet mainly of vegetables and protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
