WHY are my muscles so sore? help please?!?!?!


Question: WHY are my muscles so sore!? help please!?!!?!!?
On Sunday I worked out for 2 or 3 hours, doing cardio, agility, and strength (mostly leg and abs) exercises!. The day of my muscles felt fine, but the next morning they hurt like crazy!. Today, my I got sharp pain in my thighs and the front of my calves when I walked, and my stomach muscles hurt when I coughed!. I usually run 4 times a week and do one day of strength, so it wasn't too much exercise, and I stretched after and before!. Why do I feel like this, and is there any way to prevent this in the future!? Any stretches!? Help please!!!

Answers:
Stretch at least10-15 minutes before and AFTER you workout!. It helps cool down your muscles instead of just stopping and shutting completely down!.

The day after a really hard work out you should take a brisk walk to help get rid of the lactic acid in you muscles that come when you workout really hard!.

(IDK why but our Athletic Trainer at my High School always said to do this)

a little bit of muscle ache is very natural especially after intense physical activities, if your new to this routine it might be your body just adjusting but if it still happens after 2 weeks,

warm up completely before going to the gym ect,
you might be over doing it so its best to pace it out through your the weak instead of burning yourself out once or twice a weak,

your symptoms sound like you might be over doing it, make sure your eating balanced meals to replenish the things your loosing in your body, 8 hours sleep,

ur muscles will hurt the next day after exercising!. its nothing new or nething!. it happens to the best of us!. my muscles hurt the next day after a swim meet!. they r going to hurt, so i suggest taking a bath and trying to masage them, even if they dont hurt!. that'll help them to feel better the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles are always going to be sore if you have a more strenuous workout than what you are used to!. your muscles probably haven't had much of a workout lately so anytime you start a new workout they will be sore for a few days after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you work everyday with excersiesing!? if you do, thats why!. you need to take 1-2 days off to let your muslces take break!.!. plus when you take a break your metablosilsm keeps working so you still burn calories!.!.!. hope i helped!.!.

thats a normal sort of pain!. u shud b proud of urself because the more ur muscles hurt, the harder u worked!.
if the pain is wayy to painfull, then try doing streches to help recover!.
