Answers:
Hmm its best not to do weights every day because you need your muscles to rest!. Its best if you do weights every other day or every two days!. But as for the rest of it!.!.!.you sound like you know what you're doing!.

Hope this helped :))Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only ways to injure yourself would be through improper form while weight training, improper nutrition and lack of rest/sleep!.

Make sure you are isolating the muscle groups you are working followed by drinking a recovery drink while addressing 4 essential nutritional areas including: rehydration (0!.5-0!.6 fluid ounces per pound of body weight), carbohydrates (30-60 grams of high quality complex carbs), protein (10-20 grams of high quality protein), and micronutrient replenishment (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants)!. Lastly, get 8-9 hours of sleep per night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could risk stunting growth at your age!. But the way to cut down on your risk of injury is to do some stretches and run or do some cardio for at least 5 min before to warm you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes there is a risk and you're not really doing much good for your muscles yet at that age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no i did free weights since like 13!.!.!. its grand just dont do it every day and only do light weights and u'll be grand!.!.!. dont try to bulk up!.!. try to get tonedWww@Answer-Health@Com
