Question: How are you healthy!?
Answers:
By not eating the garbage that is advertised all over the media, and saying no when offered junk food and other bad edible delights!. You have to be strong mentally!

It's tough to do since the temptation is everywhere, but if you're determined to be healthy you must focus on eating right all the time

6 small meals a day consisting of natural whole grain foods, fish, eggs, nuts, lean meats, green veggies, water, and fruit will ensure that you are obtaining the most out of what you eat!. A cheat meal every so often will keep the guilt away if you plan it ahead of time and go back to eating good right after!. Remember eating healthy should be a way of life, not just a diet fad to go on for a few weeks or months

In addition exercise is key!. I try to exercise at least once a day, whether it be running 5k or lifting for 1!.5hrs!. Whatever it may be, keep moving, stay in shape, set goals for yourself, and you will feel and look so much better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

What do you mean!? I mean you can try to stay healthy, eat right, exercise, don't smoke, e!.t!.c!. But there's still no guarantees, life doesn't offer you that!. If you don't have any diseases, have a good bmi, are fairly fit, I'd say you were healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

good blood pressure, low heart rate 50 bpm
nothing is wrong with me according to my doc my body is in perfect working condition and i excell at everything he throws at me to see if somethings wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm carrying like the weight of someone half my age around with me all the time on top of my weight
