Fitness program help???!
Question: Fitness program help!?!?!?
since summer is here im going to florida in august so i have 1 1/2 months to tone myslef!. im not really fat rite now but i have a little belly sticking out but i have a big chest as well!. im 6'1 and weigh 191 lbs!. can someone give me a program to tone down my stomach maybe even get abs and especially my chest area!. overall lose the fat and gain muscle!. not buff just lean so i think more cardio then!. not sure!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

use the machines at the y!.m!.c!.a!. body master, cybex, nautilas!. tone is what your looking for not bulk!. loose that belly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
