Which weight lifting technique is better for bodybuilding?!

Question: Which weight lifting technique is better for bodybuilding!?
Does lifting slowly elicit more hypertrophy due to more time under tension!? or does explosive concentric and eccentric lifts provide more muscle gain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I'm in favor of slow, controlled movements!. If you think about it, faster, explosive movements involve a lot of momentum and gravity, not muscle power!. Those types of movements are also more dangerous!. Nothing slows down your bodybuilding gains like a torn delt or pec!.
Most people who do faster movements don't really have an eccentric phase; they just kinda drop the weight!. A slow eccentric phase is insanely hard, especially towards the end of a set!.
Experiment and see what works best for you!. I agree with a previous answer; mixing it up can help alleviate boredom at times!.
However, make sure that you learn proper form!. At best, bad form in inefficient, at worst it's harmful and dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, the slow one will build endurance in the muscle but will take longer to build mass!. The explosive aka plyometrics is the fastest way to build mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are both effective as long you mix them up to prevent getting stale on the routine!. Here is an article for muscle growth:
