I have a pool party to attend for the holiday tomorrow. I realize it is impossible to drop several pounds overnight but know that I can decrease my bloating and water weight to "appear" thinner. What are some good suggestions on accomplishing this? Thanks!

keep your sodium intake to 2300mg or less. excess sodium makes you retain water. this is the healthiest way to reduce excess water weight without risking dehydration.
its not really a great idea to lose too much water weight otherwise you risk severe dehydration and kidney problems. water enables the body to function properly and efficiently and tampering with this can have slowing effects on your metabolism and other effects on your other organs.
