Will brisk walking slim down my soccer legs?!


Question: Will brisk walking slim down my soccer legs!?
My legs are really big (muscular) from soccer, so if I walk for about an hour 3-5 days a week at a brisk pace, will that slim down my legs or do nothing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

walking yes, however i noticed running long distances helps!.!.!.!. make sure you to walk or run with the heels of you're feet!. using the balls of your feet strenghthens your calves and quads which you want to avoid if you have thick legs like me!.!.!.!. what i noticed helped is yoga!.!.!. or pilates!.!.!. and a lot of stretching!. you want to elongate you're muscles not build!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually i think it'll make them look more muscular u need to do exercises that include ur butt and your thighs to burn some extra fat off!. Elliptical machines work best for that it'll firm up the the behind, and make your bottom part of your body look sleek and slender!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

It won't slim down the legs!. What you've got there is muscle mass, not fat!. The walking will keep your legs nicely toned though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
