Im going to the beach this weekend!. Im 110 and want to be 100 by friday! whats the best way to acomplish this!?!? pills, laxatives, combinations of things i can do!?!?!? no harsh comments plz!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, what is your height!?
You need to make sure you aren't going overboard with this, because 110 is a VERY low weight!.!.!. for any height!.

If you are EXTREMELY short, then 100 lbs would be a healthy weight for you!.!.!.!.

I'd recommend exercising twice a day for a half an hour each time!.!.!. a combination of jogging, power-walking, and crunches are my favorite when I need to look good in a bathing suit!. (and I DO look good in a bathing suit, I'm not speaking about something I know nothing about)

Also, this is my "Lose weight fast and look good diet":

Breakfast: Eat an orange or a grapefruit, an egg (cooked whatever way you like bast), and a bowl of either oatmeal or whole grain cereal with milk

Lunch: Eat a large salad with cucumber, carrots, cheese (any type- I like feta or cheddar), some type of meat (shaved turkey, grilled chicken, ect), and a few dashes of low fat dressing

Dinner:
~at LEAST a palm sized portion of meat, poultry, or fish (I love salmon, chicken, or steak)
~a small salad with cheese and a dash or 2 of lowfat dressing
~a bowl of fruit
~a LEAST a palm sized serving of a green vegetable (I love green beans or broccoli, personally)

Snacks: ~a handful of raw, unsalted Almonds (or pecans, whatever you like)
~a cup of yogurt (whatever flavor you like best)
~cucumber, carrots, bell peppers (Green, red, yellow), cherry tomatoes, and celery with ranch dressing
~Fruit
~If you want to indulge in ice cream/ dessert, try Skinny Cow brand ice cream bars/ cones- DELICIOUS and won't throw off the diet unless you eat more than one serving a day

This plan of exercise and diet is the only way I've ever done it, but it WORKS!.!.!. Try it! You'll be shocked at how fast it works!. You'll feel great and look great too!.

Oh!.!.!. and don't think that by leaving out foods that I listed about, you'll be losing more weight!. You will loose the MOST weight and look the best if you follow that diet to a Tee, and don't mess around!. It's a perfect balance to help you loose weight, look great, and stay healthy!.

For instance, a friend of mine didn't eat the cereal in the morning, but she didn't get enough fiber (which means she didn't poop enough, therefore didn't lose much weight)

Another friend tried to leave out the egg in her breakfast, but she didn't benefit as much from the exercise (yes, people have spread around, "but, it has cholesterol!" the fact of the matter is- it has the GOOD type of cholesterol, not the bad type, so it doesn't matter- and cholesterol does NOT make people gain weight, it blocks arteries if you have counts of BAD cholesterol that are too high, but it does NOT make you gain any weight!.!.!. Eggs are VERY healthy!. But if you are still worried, eat egg whites!.)

Another example- people often think its healthier to eat SMALLER salads, or LESS meat!. NOT TRUE!.
Salads (as well as other fruits and veggies) are NOT something to worry about- your body takes in the nutrients from it, but you poop it out- it doesn't turn into fat! and not eating meat means that the exercise you do is meaningless/ does nothing for you!


Seriously!.!.!. try this diet and exercise plan!. It works!

Oh!.!.!. and don't drink sugary drinks! Stick to water and Skim milk and the occasional glass of OJ! ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 to 4 pounds of weight loss a day is unhealthy, at best!. I'm not being harsh, it's the truth!.
If you start ingesting pills, laxatives and doing other crazy stuff to lose weight fast without any knowledge then your weekend could be spent in the hospital, not the beach!.
Look, just eat healthy (fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins) but do eat, don't starve yourself!. You need calories to burn fat!. Drink water and avoid soda and sugary juices!.
Do some crunches, push-ups and squats every day but don't over-do it!. They'll give you a teeny improvement in three days but don't expect miracles!.
So don't go nuts, OK!? Remember, feeling good and being confident in yourself is incredibly attractive to other people, regardless of how you look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope you never want to have kids or a boyfriend or anything!. Because guys like girls with curves, not skeletons with sunken in eyes!. People aren't impressed by your thinness, they're repulsed!. And you could be doing PERMANENT damage to all your internal organs so I hope you don't want to live past 30 either!.

Admit you have a problem and see a therapist and nutritionist before you DIE!. It's not healthy!.

You don't need pills or laxitives to be beautiful!. You need to be accepting of yourself and confident!. Trust me, at 110 you look perfect!. Please seek out a therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
