Why is it soooo bad to eat during the night?!


Question: Why is it soooo bad to eat during the night!?
like before you're going to bed!.!.!.!.please give me a reason!.!.!.!.because it's 11:20pm now!.!.!.!.and i'm hungry, and i just finished excercising!.!.!.!.but i'm gong to bed in like 30minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating isn't bad during the night, BUT eating too much during the night is BAD!.

If you eat too much your body won't use that extra fuel in any activity because you'll be in your bed by then and that food you eat will become fat most of it!. There's a scientific explanation for itWww@Answer-Health@Com

people say it's bad cuz you can "gain" weight but the truth is that if your hungry and you haven't eaten nothing your metabolism will slow down plus you just exercise so you need to eat ate least something like cereal or fruit cuz your body will not eat til the next next depending on what time you wake up so!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The digestion keeps you awake!.
Gravity helps move food through the digestive tract!.!.!.if you eat, then lie down, it goes against gravity!.
Metabolism slows when you sleep!.!.!.contents of the digestive tract sit there too long!.

the only time it is is if youve aten alot through the day and eat a buncha crap at night
your body pretty much starves when you sleep
since your not eating for more than 8 hours which is why people are so hungry in the morningWww@Answer-Health@Com

because you don't really do anything at night and since your just Sitting down the food doesn't digest as good as it does in the day time!. The food is more or less just sitting there in you stomachWww@Answer-Health@Com

Pshhh, eat!. Just not so much because you can get stomach aches from eating too much before sleeping (at least I do) Its not unhealthy, it just can be painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it really isnt bad for you, as long as its not like midnight!. but eating at like 9pm or something inst too bad!. its just that the food sits in your stomach all night and doesnt really get burned by your bodyWww@Answer-Health@Com

because the food doesnt digest as well, and you dont burn those calories as much, if ur hungry maybe snack on some fruit, or have some soothing tea!? or maybe a lil non fat yogurt!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
