I'm really annoyed with myself. (Dieting)?!


Question: I'm really annoyed with myself!. (Dieting)!?
I have had my recommended calorie allowance, exercised daily!. And for the last few days i have exceeded that allowance by 700 CALORIES! I don't feel like dieting!. About 1/5 OF A POUND gained!. Not a lot, but it doesn't feel good, considering this only took a few days!. What are some truly fat burning exercizes, and good low Kcal foods!?

Gaining a 1/4 of a pound after a few days really truly is nothing to worry about!. I have PCOS and if I take my eye off the ball I gain 5lbs in one day - trust me, that freaks me out!!

Everyone has days when they eat and eat, other days when they simply aren't hungry!. In a few days time things will balance out and you'll be back on track!.

In the meantime, don't buy sweets or biscuits - what's not there can't tempt you - drink more water and eat more fruit and add little exercises in where ever you can, use the stairs, walk a few extra blocks to work / school, etc!.

As soon as you tell yourself that "Today I am on a DIET" all you can think about is food!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fruits and vegetables are definitely the best choices, esp celery and carrots!. high fibre biscuits and carbohydrates are also helpful!. as for exercise, swimming is a good choice (:Www@Answer-Health@Com
