Question: I am 14 years old and I've always been at least 15 pounds overweight Help pleasee!?
i always go on diets but for some reason i only last up to a week or two and then i just gain all the weight back!. i need help to find a method that i could stick to!. I workout maybe 4 times a week, but i just need some way to stay on a diet!. anyone have ideas!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

drink a lot of water!. don't drink anything but water, and only eat non-greasy foods!. no fast foods, no kfc, no popcorn, no candy, just regular meals!. when you're eating, right when you're close to being almost full, drink a lot of water to stop your hunger!. and run alotalotalotalot!. trust me, it works wonders for me!. oh, and to stay on that diet, tell yourself you're only going to be on you diet for one more day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in order to lose any weight you need to EXERCISE!. not just lift weights like a few times a week, i mean go buy yourself a nice bmx bike and ramp trails and stuff with friends every day!. dieting helps, but you literally NEED exercise to lose weight!. in other words, you can can't lose weight with diet and no exercise, but you can with exercise and no diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dieting does not work!. Eat whatever you want as long as it is reasonably proportioned and somewhat healthy!. Maybe the way you are working out isn't working for you!. Go to your local gym and ask someone there for advice!. Whatever you do, do not search the internet for advice!. All you are going to get is a million images and pages upon pages of ways you should diet and exercise!. The only way you will know what is right for you is to talk to a professional (usually your family doctor)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its okay if you are overweight when you are young!.
most kids have the metabolism to work it off!.
well, if you are one of those kids who eat rice everyday!.
try to cut back!.
usually grains pack more carbohydrates!.
try eating more vegetables and fruits!.
a stronger will to lose weight will impact your diet more!.
most people usually go back for only 1 meal!.
