Question: Women wanting to lose weight !?
I feel really lathargic on my period!. I need to lose weight/exercise, but i find jogging and my normal routine a little too demanding!. I would swim, but i do not want to use a tampon!. The cramps also hinder me!. What do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The cramps you have actually get better with exercise, although attempting to embark on an exercise routine with stomach pains is not remotely easy!.

The yoga idea sounds good and you could also try pilates!. I bought a DVD and it's very simple to follow!. It's a far more relaxing way of exercising for when you have your period!.

During the rest of the month aim for higher impact workouts that get your pulse racing!. Go swimming too!. If you really make the effort, chances are your cramps and lethargy won't be so bad by next month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
